Request for Proposals

Southern Idaho Solid Waste is in the process of improving its current landfill site and multiple transfer stations.  The District has secured long-term financing with the United States Department of Agriculture-Rural Development (USDA-RD) and is seeking proposals for Interim/Construction Financing.
